Discussion and possible vote on an application to replace walls and flooring in the kitchen and living room of existing house due to a brook running through the entire property. New septic system location within the regulated area. Site Walk 9/23/18. Discussion 10/02/18.
Application #18-09, Kelly Lynn Harran, 285 Poverty Hollow Road. Received 10/16/18. Discussion and possible vote on an application for expansion of existing house plus new concrete piers and footings for new deck and porch within the regulated area. Site Walk 10/28/18.
