The Redding Land Trust

Celebrating 60 years of land stewardship in 2025, the Redding Land Trust is dedicated to preserving the natural resources and beauty of Redding in perpetuity. With over 2,000 acres of open space (most of it donated), the Redding Land Trust protects the water that fills our wells and shared reservoirs, secures important habitat for plants and wildlife, and offers trails for all to enjoy.

The Redding Land Trust also partners with the Town, State, and other organizations to purchase open space property and conservation easements. We work closely with the Town’s Conservation Commission to maintain a shared 60+ miles of trails.
