Please be advised that the Highway Department will be conducting work at various locations throughout town from Thursday, October 22, through Friday, October 30, 2026, between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
During this time, roads will be periodically closed to through traffic at the following intersections:
•   Peaceable Street & Route 107
•   Old Redding Road & Mountain Road
•   Topstone Road & Simpaug Tpke
•   Station Road & Sidecut Road
•   Route 53 & Umpawaug Road
•   Diamond Hill Road & Route 53
•   Old Redding Road & Umpawaug Road
•   Seventy Acre Road and Mountain Road
•   Simpaug Tpke and Marchant Road
Please note: These intersections will not be closed simultaneously. Closures will occur at different locations throughout the work period.
Motorists are encouraged to plan accordingly and use alternate routes when necessary.
